These Terms & Conditions govern the use of tonerandco.co.za and any purchase made through it. By placing an order with Toner & Co, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Toner & Co is operated by Toner & Co (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa (registration number 2026/628990/07), trading from Unit 50, Ibis Estate, Esther Park, Kempton Park, Gauteng, South Africa.

2. Products
We supply genuine, original toner, ink cartridges and related printer consumables from brands including HP, Brother, Canon, Samsung and Lexmark. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur. Where a pricing or listing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order and will notify you before proceeding.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Toner & Co is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices.
4. Payment
We accept payment via PayFast and Yoco, which support major credit and debit cards and instant EFT. Full payment is required before an order is processed and dispatched. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers; Toner & Co does not store your card details.
5. Order Acceptance
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and you have received an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued.

8. Warranty
All genuine/original cartridges sold by Toner & Co are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims should be directed to info@tonerandco.co.za with proof of purchase.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toner & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Toner & Co or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
